2. $HRTB Token Risk Disclosures

2.1 No Guaranteed Value

$HRTB tokens have no guaranteed or stable value. The value of $HRTB may fluctuate significantly and could potentially become worthless. You should not rely on $HRTB maintaining any particular value or purchasing power.

2.2 Liquidity Restrictions

While $HRTB can be spent immediately within the HeartBeat ecosystem, withdrawing $HRTB to external wallets or exchanges is subject to time-based unlock schedules. These restrictions mean:

• You may not be able to immediately convert $HRTB to other currencies
• Withdrawal windows may be subject to additional restrictions or delays
• Market conditions during unlock periods may be unfavorable
• There is no guarantee that exchanges or markets will exist for $HRTB

2.3 Technology Risks

3. HeartBeat Wallet Disclosures

3.1 Self-Custody Model

The HeartBeat Wallet is a self-custody wallet, which means:

• You have complete control and responsibility for your private keys
• We cannot access, recover, or reset your wallet
• Lost private keys or recovery phrases cannot be recovered
• You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet
• We are not liable for any loss resulting from compromised security

3.2 No Recovery Mechanisms

Warning: If you lose your private keys, recovery phrase, or password, you will permanently lose access to your $HRTB tokens. We do not maintain backups or recovery mechanisms. This is by design to maintain true self-custody.

3.3 Transaction Finality

All blockchain transactions are final and irreversible. Once a transaction is confirmed, it cannot be canceled, reversed, or modified. Always verify transaction details carefully before confirming.

4. FinCEN Compliance Disclosure

4.1 Not a Money Transmitter

HeartChain Labs operates in accordance with FinCEN (Financial Crimes Enforcement Network) guidance regarding self-custody wallet systems. Specifically:

• We do not take custody or control of user funds
• Users maintain complete control over their private keys at all times
• We do not act as a money transmitter or financial intermediary
• Transactions occur directly between users and the blockchain

4.2 User Responsibilities

As a user of self-custody wallet systems, you may have your own legal and regulatory obligations, including tax reporting requirements. You are responsible for understanding and complying with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction.

5. HeartBadge Membership Disclosures

5.1 Nature of Membership

HeartBadge is a membership program that provides access to the HeartBeat ecosystem. It is not:

• An ownership interest in HeartChain Labs
• A guarantee of any specific benefits, rewards, or experiences
• An investment or security
• Transferable or resellable without authorization

5.2 No Refund Policy

All HeartBadge membership sales are final. We do not offer refunds except as required by applicable law or in cases of technical error or fraud at our sole discretion.

5.3 Founders Edition

Founders Edition HeartBadges (first 5,555 sold) may include additional benefits, rewards, or $HRTB allocations. However:

• Specific benefits are subject to change at our discretion
• Benefits are not guaranteed to have or retain any particular value
• $HRTB allocations are subject to all $HRTB token risks and restrictions
• Founders Edition status does not constitute an investment or ownership interest

6. Service Availability and Changes

We do not guarantee continuous, uninterrupted, or secure access to our services. Services may be subject to:

• Technical issues, maintenance, or downtime
• Changes, modifications, or discontinuation without notice

6.2 Right to Modify Services

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without liability. This includes but is not limited to features, functionality, $HRTB economics, and membership benefits.

7. Third-Party Services

7.1 Stripe Payment Processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. When you make a purchase:

• Your payment information is processed directly by Stripe
• Stripe's terms, privacy policy, and practices govern payment processing
• We are not responsible for Stripe's actions, errors, or security
• Payment disputes should be directed to Stripe and/or your card issuer

7.2 External Blockchain Networks

$HRTB tokens operate on blockchain networks that we do not control. We are not responsible for:

• Network failures, delays, or congestion
• Transaction fees (gas fees) charged by the network
• Network forks, upgrades, or protocol changes
• Actions or decisions by blockchain network operators
