24-Hour Refund Window
This 24-hour refund policy applies to both Lite and full membership purchases of HeartBadge and related HeartBeat ecosystem products.
If you request a refund within 24 hours of purchase, we will refund your order as long as your order has not been finalized or activated.
Finalized or activated means membership access and related benefits are turned on. Once your order is activated, you have gained value from the service and refunds are not available after the 24-hour window except in exceptional circumstances outlined below.
After 24 Hours
After the 24-hour window, all sales are final once your order is finalized or activated. This ensures fair terms for all members and protects against refund abuse.
Exceptions We Always Honor
Even after 24 hours, we provide a refund or resolution for the following situations:
Billing Error
Duplicate charge or incorrect amount charged
Non-Delivery
You paid but did not receive what you purchased due to our error
Unauthorized Payment
Proven fraud or unauthorized use of your payment method (requires verification)
Pending vs Activated Orders
During the first 24 hours, your order may show as Pending while activation is being prepared. Understanding the difference is important:
Pending Order

- • Membership not yet activated
- • Benefits not yet active
- • Refund request: Order is canceled
Activated Order
- • Membership is active
- • Access is enabled
- • Benefits available
- • Outside 24-hour window: Final sale
